How it works

When you purchase a qualifying pet and pet supplies, a personal account will be set up in your name (Currently called Lifetime Member). For as long as you purchase your pet's supplies and necessary care items exclusively at Plano Pets, we will guarantee your pet for life. Each time you purchase supplies for your pet, present your Lifetime Membership Card. We will record your purchase. If you forget your card, we can always look up your information. If you choose not to use your account to track your purchases, simply save your receipts each time you shop with us. If your pet dies from accidental or natural causes & you have continued to purchase your supplies exclusively from Plano Pets, we will replace that pet at no charge to you. This guarantee is sole and separate from our individual animal warranties. Warranties will vary from animal to animal. See store for details.

Limitations

Our guarantee is based on your pet being cared for with products and services provided exclusively by Plano Pets. Using pet care products from a competitor will void our guarantee. This includes food, housing, bedding, and other essential pet care items.
